Education: Bachelor of Arts, Education with a primary focus on History — Northeastern Illinois University Teaching Experience: Mrs. Olszewski is beginning her ninth year as a teacher at Santa Maria. She has taught both the 5th and 6th grade levels. The subject areas that she has taught include: Language Arts, Mathematics, Reading, Religion and Social Studies. Prior to her tenure at Santa Maria, Mrs. Olszewski had five years experience as a teacher on both the elementary and secondary levels of education. She has also worked as a substitute teacher in many of the local school districts and private schools. Mrs. Olszewski is currently serving as the chairperson of the Curriculum Committee and coordinated the Terra Nova Testing. Philosophy: As a product of Catholic education, I feel privileged to reinforce the values that helped to mold my character. . |
